On a peaceful night in Westminster, flip flap, a lonely, love-lorn soul admires London whilst yearning for the love of his life. Then he meets Asbo Zaprudder, flip flap, the magic baby seal who gives texting advice, flip flap. Guest-starring Sir Digby Chicken-Caesar, flip flap, and Ginger, and Maurice Pang the french Heron.

I think the delivery matters more than by whom it was written - no-one else could perform a sketch like this so well. Who wrote it?
