UFO over Dunedin NZ

At work last night at 4:15am me and two others watched a twinkling light move slowly over Queenstown, it stopped and then moved in an S shape then faded out. Minutes later we spotted another moving slowly and then it stopped aswell. It stayed there till we had to go back to work. They gave off the same light as a satellite does. Another work college has seen lights around Otago too. Very exciting :)

@smokeypitbbull When did you last see the moon? Fortunately for you I know the difference between the Moon and a light that appears within the atmosphere, moving back and forth. Unfortunately, your parents wasted their time in giving you life and in particular, a brain. Go take your EGO and your foul language elsewhere. Fool.

and besides you can't detect the moon moving that fast with the naked eye, there have been sightings of this same colored light over dunedin near rotary park and nearly 50 years ago by my mums friend around the same area and just recently hovering close to the car park at beachlands speedway, and i asked my auntie if she has seen such a light as she looks out towards the beach and she said no but remembered her x husband telling her of a similar light out near portabello.

@wazza1701 There are many videos on here of these type of coloured lights - I will never forget how bright it was when white, the light reflected in the ocean, then sparkling all colours...thank you for your comment...skeptics will always say it's something explainable - however I reckon you can only gain wisdom form actually witnessing these lights, realizing it's not your imagination or a plane or the Moon...hopefully there will be more sightings! Have a good one!

Im from auckland and believe this video is real as i have seen similiar looking things in the sky. One time i was sitting outside with my friend when a huge white fussy ball quickly zoomed across the sky and went away for a couple of seconds. then it slowly went up into the sky and went into the clouds. People.. this was not the moon.

yea if it were the moon you would see a lot more detail and it would be a lot bigger this is just a light created buy some object, and even if it were mars or something, like the moon, it just wouldn't be moving that fast after staying still for a few minutes. nice video.

hi, my boss at saw a similar colored light moving past there house near concord they went out side to look at it, and it was about the same size as a car and hovering at street lamp hight before they saw it move up the road towards rotary park, a work mate viewed a similar light hovering quite close to the car park at beachlands speedway so i don't think the moon would be that close to the ground unless it was just popping over to say hello.....lol funny how people say its the moon
