Swan Neck Deformity is in which the joint closest to the fingertip is bent toward the palm while the nearest joint to the palm is bent away from it. This condition is seen in rheumatoid arthiritis and ehler danlos syndrome. His PIP joint shows hyperextensionability. This patient is also showing some signs of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
