This is hard. Here is an easier way.
1. open your eye wide
2. Pull the corner of your eye towards your ear.
3.Blink
4. Your Done!

Well, anything above 50 Dk is sufficient, and higher than most hydrogels. Of course, in this case, the bigger the better.

I just got my hard contact lenses and they are pain the ass to insert and remove. I am getting frustrated. SOmeone please help

@sportnfrk , if it's so much trouble to insert and remove them by hand, use a plunger as a start.

I do the way Jacob said, use to use an eye plunger but that took time when it wouldn't suction correctly.

That might be easier, but it might pounch out the lens with much force, and it might get lost. In the long term, it will cause trauma to the upper lid and eyelid ptosis.
