@TheCircle000 it wasn't the snow so much, it was the ice. my husband grew up in minnesota, and he couldn't drive in it. there was 2 - 4 inches of solid ice on some roads. for over 7 million people, there were only 6 snow plows.

@thzar1 Yep. We get lots of snow here in Chicago. People in areas that rarely get snow seem to forget that life can go on when it snows. You can drive in it, but you just need to drive slowly and carefully.

@TheCircle000 haha you remind me of my friend that moved to Maryland. Yeah down here in Georgia we get about 1 inch and everything is closed for a week. It's pretty funny at how stupid it is.

whew! They really are not used to that down there. I went there one time and they had about 1 inch of snow and everything was closed.
