I'm in the process of modding my V9, I'll be posting the videos in a few weeks (early next year) depending on how cold it gets.
My only suggestion with cable management in the stock case is to use the tabs on the right of the mobo tray.

I share your pain witht he v9, ive modded mine a fair bit, just the 24 pin sucks. Just run cords and crap along the edges or tuck them behind the mobo tray.

Its alright, the only cons are that it's small , well because its a mid tower case, and some parts are cheap plastic.

I'm probably buy this case for my new rig, but one thing bothers me, the overall noise. Is it botheringly loud or withstandable when idling and gaming? Thank you beforehand.

Its quite if u ask me, the only think i hear is my monster video card while gaming lol, on idle the gpu is also quite.. Overall the fans are good. The top fan is a bit loss but, yea its a cheap case compared to antec's 900 lol.
