I have been in relationship with different races and had also toughts of being with a black women wold be better then with a white one.But now Ive seen that it really doussent metter.And If you have toughts like that you have to first do a checkup on yourself.
Toughts are just something that you have learned somewhere.Change your thinking

I married my Asian husband not because he Asian or Light skin. We meet in High School, he flirted with me daily! lol love notes and all He made me feel beautiful. I aint really feel beautiful because Im darker skin and my hair aint as long or as "Good" as my cousins (My Momma Creole) and he made me feel so good. So we started dating and he makes me so happy and gave me a beautiful baby boy. And now married :) Blk guys never liked me when I was in High school I wasnt light enough they miss out

its weird cuz some black woman i use to know, when they viewed black men, they had low thoughts about them. but when they viewed non black males, they think happiness, love, peace. its almost like we are programmed to have those thoughts. it also seems like once black ppl find a partner that is non black, they think they are equal gender wise and race wise. almost like they live in a fairy tale ..im not against it if 2 ppl really do fall in love, but i do question the motive.

@lisabonnetful Yes, you got it..3 STARS!!! THE PROGRAMMING!! I don't care who marries who but from a psychological standpoint is where I question motive. And I only do that because I have studied the generational effects of being shown and told as a GROUP of people that we are less, not beautiful and when there is attraction, it's by some exotic measurement. When people say they don't SEE the color of their mates skin, I cringe because I KNOW that's a lie and DEEP inside they KNOW it too.
