Tokyo Stabbing Rampage! "I'll crash my vehicle into people!"

@UnitedKorean Maybe you don't realize how quickly this happened. Not many people had time to think about what was going on especially somewhere that crime is minimal. By the time anybody could react, what he did was already done...if nobody stopped him, MORE would have been stabbed.
