The piano is truly a beautiful instrument. And Hummel's transcription has a touching and wonderful sound to it.

Mozart's 40th symphony is the most overplayed, hackneyed piece in the classical literature but under Katsaris, it actually sounds fresh and authentic Mozart. My Bravo to this poetic gifted pianist and thanks to the person who posted this U-tube video, I wouldn't have known about this pianist at all.
