  • Some plyo/isometrics look funny and yall makin fun of it but they make you explosive. I'd put my money on an athlete who only did calisthencis/iso/plyometrics..­.all natural no weights...than an athlete who only weight trains with iron....anyday

  • @hock105 in our football practice we go three sets of five minutes and the last minute go as hard as you can makes you super fast i ran a 5.4 the beginning of my season now im running a 4.7

  • how many reps should you do of this a day with your workout like 3 sets of 1min?or....

  • No harm but wouldn't jumping rope be the equivalent of doing this ?

    Weight training has been proved to give better results than plyometrics. Plyometrics are only usefull if the athlete is already on an elite level.

  • destroys the grip of your shoes thats for sure

  • @pdxcook these are typically done in 20 -30 sec intervals.
