Let's Play Dino Crisis (S9E2) Mike Is Currently Unavailable

How did Mike die, anyway? He's in one of the most well-protected parts of the facility; there are only 2 entrances, and they're both locked. There aren't any noticeable air vents for something to sneak inside through, and if something did get him, wouldn't it be locked in the room with his corpse?
