I love all your videos! Iam 39 and scared to death to video my weightloss journey. Your comment actually brought tears to my eyes! Trust me hun making these videos at the beginning was one of the scariest things I have ever done. To get better in life we have to go outside our comfort zone to grow.

It encourages me so much to hear people on here talk about how much God is helping them & changing them. There is so much going on in the world that makes me feel so lonely as a Christian sometimes so when I hear others saying how active God is in their life it makes me feel like we aren't so alone as I feel sometimes. :)
