Successful business adviser, Ellen Collier (Paula Abdul), is attacked by a serial rapist, and becomes frightened and withdrawn after the incident. She begins to regain her confidence with the help of her friends and her new boyfriend Jerry (Adrian Pasdar), but a series of events make her suspect Jerry was responsible for the crime.
