  • @timegoesby12 hi my friend. Yes I do teach people from white to brown belt. But I do have a Sensei that still give me advices;), as everyone else I guess:). See you again.

  • you re good,do u teach?

  • i agree with you

  • You need to take into account that the fatigue will play an important role in how high the guard of a fighter will be during a match, but most important it will be how the fighter feel comfortable. If you fight someone and he have a low guard, don't immediatly pretend that he suck and that you will be able to score easily, because it's false. I sugges you to watch some video of Shiina kumite. Or Shiina Vs Kokubun. See you again and good luck in your martial art studies.

  • Vittodav2, the "natural position" will vary depending of the fighter. Some will have a lower guard, and some will not. And "natural position" does not include only the guard, but EVERYTHING related to the "position". For a beginner, we ask him formal position, very strict position. If you need to keep your guard high to protect yourself, that is you. But do not JUDGE/PRETEND that those people guard isn't strong simpky because it is "low", as it does not mean anything at all my friend.

  • If you speak of low guard as a natural position, so we can't consider different styles, positions and guards... there are very important for a good defense...the guard show an organization to defense. Finally if i have the hand near my face it's physically too easy for me defend!

  • vittodav2, the "low guard" doesn't mean anything. Experienced people will have a low guard and will ALWAYS be ready to block someone. As Funakoshi said: "Formal position for the beginners, natural position for the advanced ones". Also with the way you speak(using the word "suck" every time), you sound like a kid that can't write his opinion without insulting. FInally, you don't look like a martial artist with your attitude. Good luck in your martial art studies.

  • This suck.... The low guards and neverattack....

  • WKF can't yopu read the signs everywhere in Kyiv read Kyiv. Kiev is commie name and no longer relevant
