Later Kabuto meets Naruto and other ppl and told them that he infused Orochimarus remains with himself, which are slowly taking over his body.And kabuto hope to take Orochimarus power and finish his masters (Orochimaru) goals as a leader and not a follower

3) Sasuke sealed Orochimaru inside himself and in the fight against itachi Orochimaru got released because he ran out of chakra and started attacked itachi but before he was able to defeat Itachi and then take Sasukes body Itachi used the Totsuka Sword of his Susanoo to seal Orochimaru away and removing Sasukes Cursed Seal.

1)deidara was wasnt killed by naruto he did a massive suicide attack trying to kill sasuke but sasuke summoned Manda, went inside him and told him to protect him from the explosion, and thats how Manda and deidara die. 2)Itachi was sick/injured before the fight so he wasnt going all out, and itachi could have killed sasuke but he poked him like he use to thn dropped dead and sasuke took that as his victory.
