That's not Ranad lek, It is Ranad Keaw or Glasses Xylophone. It's a famous court musical instrument 200 years ago in Thai royal court.

right is "Kra-jab-pi" now this instrument is not too much left

there are no Kra-jab-pi Soloist anymore

เขมรก็เป็นอย่างนี้แต่ใหนแต่ไรแ­ล้วค่ะสมัยพระนเรศวรทำมาเป็นผูก­มิตรไมตรีพอพระองค์ทรงศึกกับเชี­ยงใหม่เขมรก็มาคอยทำซุ่มกองโจรม­าเทครัวชาวโคราชไทยไป ทำอย่างนี้เหมือนสุนัขคอยลอบกัด­เมื่ออยุทธยายามศึก พระนเศวรเลยตัดศรีษะพระเจ้ากรุง­เขมรมาล้างพระบาทโทษฐานผิดคำยึด­มั่นที่จะเป็นมิตรไมตรีต่ออยุทธ­ยา จนถึงปัจจุบันเขมรก็ไม่เคยเปลี่­ยนนิสัยเดิมๆ

@KleenezeDon Yes it is intentional, but it is not out of key for this genre of music. Much of the traditional types of Asian music across the continent have a much different intonation than classical Western music.
