The drop in ratings is still fairly gradual and Lana was hardly in S8. She was out a lot of S7 too. S9 takes a bigger drop because the show moved from Thursday to Friday which pretty much kills shows like SV.

S8 had Clark develope a superhero alter ego to himself plus Doomsday was a good villain. In S9 Zod was a really good villain, Clark adopted a suit and we got episodes like Absolute Justice. Much better than Clana playing house in S7.

S10 was disappointing though.

@Bloggerboy1000 And just to be clear I'm not attacking Lana but rather the show on how it portrayed it's major female characters. Lana is portrayed as a saint but sleeps with Lex and Bizarro. Lois is depicted in prostitute-ish roles and exploited. Kara was used to break up Jimmy and Chloe. Chloe keeps a mass murderer (Davis) safe.

@Suuuuumaaa Don't know about classy or faithful...at least in her relationships. I believe she was with Jason, then went to dance with Clark and they started dating in S5 with little worries or regret. When Lana was with Lex, married to him and thought she was married to her she fell in love with Clark. Sure, in both cases Lana was right to do so but still.

She also dated a lot of villains or douches; Whitney, Adam, Jason, Lex, Bizarro. Made Lana look like a villain really.

@babytg93 actually I am a girl and I know when one hair is being treated to DISASTER,,, and ED's hair, MIGHT be naturally brown, but it was dyed and got darker in the last two seasons, that it became too blechy and honestly like a witche's hair!

@Suuuuumaaa umm that why i said erica with her natural brown hair or werent you listening. she got it colored that blondish color for the show they easked her to ans she said it in an interview and said even she hated it. later on during the last few season they let her go back to her natural hair color which suits her thats why i said her NATURAL DARK BROWN. u dont have to take me seriously just read my comment right.. REALLY!

@Renellas EXACTLY,,, she has more EXOTIC features,,, what was cool about Lana is she was always classy so when she played the VIXEN, she was something else LOOOL! petite but powerful, assertive and knows how to lure men to her LOOL! but when she is LANA, she is classy, faithful, fight fierecly for her friends and beloved ones, and was always mature beyond her age :D
