I don't know much about Mr. Ziegler. I've been a life long democrat myself, but this is a joke. Let me get htis straight: Letterman makes a tasteless joke about Palin and her daughter, right? Hey, free speech! I'm all for that, man.
Yet this lady thinks it's shocking that Palin would respond let alone be insulted? And then she thinks it's fine for her to get angry about him knocking msnbc? Hypocrite! This is great.

Ok, what if Limbaugh had said that Michelle was a slut, and Obama's daughters got knocked up by hockey players during intermission? Got that straight? I'm sure you and NBC would have just thought that hilarious? Right?

@jerrytoms Yeah its also funny reading liberals call this guy a asshole because he is making fun of MSNBC and telling Sarah to lighten up. What a bunch of fucking hypocrits.

Palin is such a liability to the GOP ... whether you like Obama or not, the reality is the political bar has been raised immensely and the GOP had better get going soon on finding someone a lot better than Palin or those 4 white old farts.
I quite like this guy...he's pretty funny and sure holds his own here. But blaming the media on Obama's victory...c'mon, what about Bush fer christ sakes

Personally, this is being overblown.

Yes it is the same.
Rush's show is a mix of humor and politics. He votes republican, but does not lead the party. Thats Michael Steele's job and Steele would never make such comments. Letterman's show is humor and he chose to delve into politics. As much as Rush uses humor, the left wing and right wing would be all over him if he made such comments as Letterman.

It's different, though. Letterman's comment came from a late night talk show. It's in good humor, and in good fun. It was mean, yes, but it's a comment that is grounded in humor. Limbaugh, on the other hand, is part of credible show that is a representation of the Republican party.
It's not the same.

I don't dislike her, but I, too, find her extremely unqualified to run our country.
John Ziegler has to be one of the few vocal conservatives that actually embarrasses me to refer to myself as a conservative republican. As far as I'm concerned, he speaks alone.

He did come off like an asshole, but he is tired of MSNBC ridiculing every value associated with conservatives/ republicans.
