The strumming at the end is just C, F & D7 chords. I am not sure of the strum pattern, I was just doing what felt right at the time. The rest of the tune is just fingerpicking based on the same chords with some improvised single note passages.

Sorry I can't be more specific but I wasn't really playing a set piece of music, just kind of messing around in the key of C.
