I had two cameras and this video (A) is the east side area. The building with the lights on the side showing an outline is Rockwell. started a few minutes before midnight and ended a few minutes into 2008.

London, Sydney, NYC and other major cities all have these elaborate and centered single display. What Metro Manila has is like WORLD WAR! Really great and explosive way to welcome the New Year!
