Sorry to bust the party of those who belive that FEMA will use these coffins to bury the victems they send to concentrationcamps like the hardcore believers claim. It is the durty of FEMA to be prepared for the worst and afther the debacle they went thru whit Katrina they leave nothing to change. Its just fact of live the the US can be hit by a maojor eartquake like in Japan. The Japanse counterpart of the US FEMA did not have these coffins so they put the victems in massgraves.
