I went to a concert of Sigur ros some years ago. I remember it as one of the most intense moment of my life! i had so much mixed emotions from nowhere that in the end i felt overwhelmed and shout like crazy after the storm of the last song...one of the 10 biggest band on earth for me and forever!

FUCK MY HEART HURTS with the most intense combination of happiness and sadness, that somehow manages to coexist. its like seeing a best friend whose face you cant really picture anymore because its been so long since youve seen them, and then you remember its cuz theyre dead and youre staring at a ghost. Advice for all... when youre 16, never fall asleep and make love to the same album everyday for 2 years straight, or at 24 youll be unexpectedly forced to relive every moment of it all at once

@cloera154 Sigur Ros is an Icelandic band, but some of their songs' lyrics are in a made up language they call "Hopelandic". So, you can interpret the lyrics all you want, but I don't think any of us will ever know what they truly mean.
Besides, I think we all hear it a bit differently. But that's what makes it so beautiful; that we can interpret the lyrics our own way to fit ourselves best.
