1967 Ferrari 330 P4 - Chassis No 0858

On May 17, 2009, RM Auctions, in association with Sothebys, is proud to present the third annual Ferrari: Leggenda e Passione auction, an event that celebrates the automotive legacy of Enzo Ferrari and the passion of the Ferrari enthusiast.

Aggressive, sleek, aerodynamic and achingly beautiful, the P4 was the final iteration of this particular prototype series for Ferrari. Only three 330 P4s were built, chassis numbers 0856, 0858 and 0860.

Chassis no 0858 as presented here has graced the tracks of Monza (1st Overall), Le Mans (3rd Overall) and Brands Hatch (2nd Overall) and driven over its race career by the likes of Jackie Stewart, Chris Amon and Lorenzo Bandini amongst many other greats.

The 330 P4 is quite simply one of the greatest sports racing prototypes ever designed by Ferrari and RM Auctions in association with Sotheby's is pleased at the opportunity to present it at auction for our Ferrari Leggenda E Passione event.
