a computer may be able to answer harder sums than i can but it'll never have the satisfaction of having worked it out. it may eventually store more information than i can recall but never remember the taste of a really good dinner or cognatise universal oneness. don't get me wrong, computers are awesome, but we're the daddy's.

I totally agree my friend I think that computers r a fantastic way of not only uniting us together 2 become a global consciousness but helping us 2 obtain knowledge(which is power)at a phenomenal rate rate never seen before in history.I do fear that our use of technology makes people egotistic, ignorant & self centered,which we already c frequently in the world.I hope that r evolution with the aid of technology doesn't bring us a generation of people that forget the true beauty of the universe.

Powerful stuff! I don't get why people are trying to make computers more intelligent than ourselves....It basically means we are going to have to rely on computers to tell us EVERYTHING, right? what happens when these computers fail?

Illiam, I like your comment, nothing can beat senses, emotions, memories and imaginations. Computers may be clever, but they don't give you the same satisfaction as having used your own knowledge and experience in life.
