Our traditional dance-naati, to celebrate the "jatra".

Jatra- a remarkable religious function of upper lands of himachal pradesh esp Shimla. it is a form of visit of our deity ( mananeshwar devtaji) to his areas or to the people who show strong beleif in him. It happenes once in every 30yrs. People celebrate its visit by inviting all the devotees to their places and performing traditional dance k/s 'Naati' to show their happiness. All people actively participate in the event and come from farby places to have his holiness blessings

Jatra- also pronounced colloquially as Jatro- originated from Hindi word Yatra meaning Travel. We are yatri- on this life path .We are on Jatra. jatro, yatra . Journey !
