You said that cast iron pipe went under the concrete, is the felt pipe connected to the cast iron pipe, maybe from the outside of the house? You wouldn't need to bother the concrete then, whatcha think?

@tujohnboy You are absolutely right. It's an Orangeburg felt pipe connected to the Cast Iron that comes out underneath the house at the beginning of the foundation. They will still need to cut the outside concrete walkway however. But it won't be as bad as I had anticipated. Thanks for watching and commenting!
