Let's Play: Minecraft - My Mob Tower and Sky Rail System S14 P1

Not the usual update, but well worth the explanation! I show off my two most recent projects and explain how they work.

A sky rail system ensures that your rail way will NOT be blown to bits by wandering Creepers, while the spawn tower will give you some nice loot over time for whenever you're away or asleep. There are many floor plans and guides to making such spawn traps, but I wanted to be at least somewhat unique.

I might further expand the railway to drop me off at the secondary base.. who knows? I have the iron but I'm still testing to see my drops per hour rate with the spawn tower.

i made one 1000x1000x1000 and its about 20000 items an hour to me that thing looks like a little house

@samanthadoug Impossible.. the height limit is 128. Also 1000 blocks is a complete waste on the basis that there IS a limit on the range of how far away creatures can spawn from your position.

how u make the spawns in the tower

@brazy999 I don't.. since it's a dark area and the floor is cobblestone the mobs can spawn there themselves.
