Snow storm in Wisconsin

Someone was stuck in the snow in the middle of the road in blizzard conditions. When they were done pushing him to the side of the road, one guy had icicles hanging off his head. It was crazy. I was a little freaked out but after about 10 minutes the traffic started moving again. Sorta.
Wisconsin winters are like that.

I had to drive in it. I was on my way home from work that day. I made it home ok. Right after I took this video I went and bought a cell phone, because I did not want to ever be stuck like that again with no phone. Yes I had gloves on and boots and a heavy winter coat. The snow was about 12 inches deep at this point. It was crazy cold and crappy weather. We are used to it here though. Just not this bad usually. Thanks for your comment Mellisa.
