@PeterMarkAzzopardi I didn't "want" to scratch it. If you understand the science behind hardness (read the video comment) there is little to no chance of actually scratching the screen. Steel (unless hardened, etc.) is extremely unlikely to scratch glass.

@synthia20010 No, it's not bull at all. The outer layer of the screen is made of glass and it is quite impossible to have the glass scratch from solely having it in your pocket. You may have had a ring or some other source of metal in your pocket at one time or another.
