iv been doing parkour for about 2 months dont like flips people just show off to much using flips the place where hes walking with the 2 squares iv been a few times theres a bar thats well lose there i didnt realise it till i konged over it and nearly broke my arm lol

ok but wouldnt it be more fun to do it together with other people rather than by yourself. And does anyone know if there are any parkour classes near COventry. Thanks

Hi, I live in Coventry and I was woundering if you guys would want to run sometime or say some good spots that i should try. Parkour is great and anyone who hasn't tried it should gice it a go. Thanks

To be honest. PK is not about spots and asking someone how to do it. The best part of PK is discovering so my opinion is simple. Just go and do hard, long and interesting worm up. Then try to look around you for some obstacles and use your creative to go over them. If you interesting more in flips and show off, you will never know what's PK is.
