This is the removal of the bellows that supply the great soundboard at King Williams Collage, Isle of Man.
The organ is in heavy use, so maintenance is high. These bellows have been in service for 30 years, and are now being re-leathered by Peter Jones Organ Builder.
True, the quality of the video is poor, due to the lighting. We were, of course, more interested in removing the bellows, without damaging them or ourselves, and the video cameral was left to its own devices. Fortunately, this video is rather uninteresting, like watching paint dry. Try NickExton 309's video, "Refitting the swell underaction at St.Ninian's Church." This is equally uneventful, but better lit!

what a poor video - can't see a thing due to the brightness of the rose window, such a shame.
