Actually, Olberman was wrong. The firearm used would be legal. The magazine used (it's not a "clip") would be illegal. Even then, the mag is ONLY illegal if obtained after the law went into effect. You could still own *standard* capacity mags that held more than 10 rounds under Clinton as long as you bought them prior to the ban.

As I understand, pre-ban mags could even be legally transferred between individuals under the AWB.

Further proof that all liberal blacks are racists.
