Body rows can be done at a horizontal pull-up bar, with feet elevated, or for beginners feet on the floor...It's an excellent back, and rear shoulder workout.
Targeted at the strength system, and the endurance system depending on your rep scheme.
Note: For extra resistance add some weight plates on your chest, or wear a weighted vest.
For advanced, you can elevate your feet above chin level. Or you could do that with a weighted vest on.
