Some of us care because when enough people with brain damage from crashing these end up on the evening news, then legislation is passed that affects everybody.

Also, the purchase cost goes up with every lawsuit leveled against Yamaha from people averse to helmets.

Wow, seems like people really have strong feelings about the hemet issue. Well as the driver of both rhino's, I thought I would let people know that the first 50 times I jumed it I had a helmet on. It became kinda mundane to wear a helmet so we quit. I appreciate your comments and like them all, good and bad. I have way more crazy stuff planned so stay tuned!!!

No problem at all. Seems like nowadays there are too many safety NAZI's. Why not take some risks? I dont call somebody that does wear a helmet a pussy or chicken shit just because I dare to go without one. So how come people feel the need to tell other people that they dont even know that they should wear a helmet? Yeah I wanna live a long life but not if it means never doing anything risky. I try to take precautions but I also like a little thrill in my life.
