WIP: Nintendo 64 portable v.3 first test

This is my third Nintendo 64 Portable project. The black box at the top is the powercircuit for the 3.3V line.

To do list:
- find a German distributor for the TI PTH0800
- replace the black box with a (internal) PTH08000
- connect the L, R, Z buttons
- connect the power LED
- do the paint job
- print some logos and labels
