  • Just to say on the "lore nonsense" there's already lore from the books before the games came around to support lightsabers not automatically cutting everything. Cortosis armor and Cortosis weave was created by the madolorians and the sith during the early wars (force war and mandorlorian war) to combat lightsabers. It was a mineral that couldn't be cut by heated beams. As far as vibroblades standing up to lightsabers a vibroblade does have a thin laser screen around it due to the vibrations.

  • @zantetsuken2010 No, I don't expect any kind of "MMO qualities" or whatever the fuck you think. I wanted a KOTOR experience and that's EXACTLY what I've got. Swtor isn't an FPS...get it through your stupid fucking head. An RPG with PvP can't have some one hit kill weapon coming standard with four out of 8 classes. Where is the balance in that? You're going to tell me what I should be liking in a fucking computer game? lmfao bro you can blow me

  • so this game is more about the jedi vs sith war? :P What ever happened to "Only 2 there are, no more...no less... A master, and an apprentice"

  • Whats wrong with his lightsaber? D:

  • @thcdreams654 So? If you haven't noticed yet, TotalBiscuit/TotalHalibut is a pretty famouos game reviewer and gamer, so i think he actually has to criticize it a bit.

  • @karntom101 The Force Unleashed series also has a good approach on lightsabers i feel, but the jedi knight series is the best by far

  • Dude its a game, go drink your tea and watch soccer and shut up....

  • The Jedi Knight series is the only SW game series that i can think of implementing lightsabers well.

Man i wish that series would be redone, that and X-Wing Vs Tie fighter.

    Good QL btw TB.

  • @ItsMikeontheMic Easily pleased dipshits like you are the reason MMOs are so fucking boring these days, all you expect is 2004 gameplay with a new skin. Firefall is a FPS MMO, but I imagine that concept is hard for you to imagine. There is no reason SWTOR couldn't have been designed the same way. They chose the 'MMO for kids' option because they didn't want the game to be skill based, as it wouldn't attract as many retards. You are their target audience, and you should feel insulted by that.

  • @zantetsuken2010 lmfao you're a fucking idiot. First of all, TF2 is an FPS you idiot. Call of Duty and Battlefield have 1 hit weapons too, but that's a whole different game type. MMO PvP with a class that comes standard with a One Hit Kill weapon? You're a fucking dumbass dude. There is no way in HELL that would work.

You write off swtor as a WoW clone, go ahead. The less of you idiots that take games religiously the better. It's not going anywhere though.

  • @ItsMikeontheMic No possible way? You mean no possible way to make a WoW clone and make a LS act that way. Go play TF2 and let me know how impossible it is to make melee weapons that one shot people. Saying that, if this keeps all the gear lickers away from GW2 it is worth it, but I'm hoping MoP will bury SWTOR when it releases later this year, MMO gamers cant afford for SWTOR to be a financial success.
