In order to make this video, I recorded both audio and video (at the time I was using Audacity and MovieMaker, but it's much easier with GarageBand and iMovie if you have a mac) at the same time and, after mixing the audio track, synced up the audio and video.

It's called a melodica! Hohner (the harmonica company) makes decent ones and you can get them for about $50. :)
