I love the image of the Orthodox Jew with a sign asking for peace. Isn't it ironical that a people who once shared the land in peace, have peace for their greeting-salaam/shalom- should have to bear the white man's burden and borrow his hatreds? The Middle East knew no anti-Jewishness (antisemitism a misnomer here)- Europe gave birth to it and exported it to America. No Arab called a Jew a sheenie or a kike. The fighting started when Europe decided to dump all Jews on them - the new Endlosung.
