@BryannaAkins560 not really. if you get them excited by playing or something it'll be more likely too. also after a couple minutes mine starts to howl back to just wait a little and make sure you have his/her's attention.

My cocker spaniel when he wake up he make howls sounds only in the mornings xDD i say wait a sec do it outside xDD so the neigbors can hear it too XDDD
