Acro: Russian Women Trio

Here is one of my favourite exercises. Maybe because this was the first I saw. :o)

This is the combined (and I believe winning) exercise of the russian women trio in 2004, at the Acrobatic World Championship.

I don't know why, but some of you subscribed to my videos, so I felt I really should upload something, even if it is not made by me.

there's no variation, all the balance elements on the feet, all the dynamic elements end the same way. I'm not a fan
