Very strange sound of the motors,but nice nonetheless.ls this fitted with "conventional" controls,rather than the always-problematic VAMBAC?

The sound of the motors is different to the other trams, because a feature of the bogies was spiral bevel gear drive to cut the noise down. The other trams in the fleet, have straight cut gears which give the characteristic clanking sounds.

An interesting sound of the motors...very modern for the 1950s.

nice tram (but I prefer 304's appearance). Shame the tram drivers have to wear those hideous hi vis vests nowadays
