Been a while since I released a solo vid! (Oh aye? ;])

My Parkour/Free Running adventures, Travels and Trainings 2008 styleeeey.

No, I've not died.

I've been ill recently (measles), and therefore had a load of spare time to put together this vid from a load of footage I had on my hard drive from 2008 I'd planned to do nowt with. I came to realise (after much banter and nagging from various traceurs) that it's been quite a while since I released a video of just myself training. (year and a half? shit the bed...)

Basically, this is what I've been up to in 2008. This isn't really representative of skill level, just stuff I filmed on my journey through a good year! It's from all over the UK and a bit of Spain: London, Nottingham, Leicester, Mansfield, Derby and Salou...to name a few. Hope you enjoy!

This is very good. But you should try something like a full scene , not cuts. You know ? Getting from point A to B as fast as you can. I think somebody should try it.

Hey man! Nice video, but in your next one you should either put more flow and less big single movement things or go for the gold and make flow runs with big (normally) single movements in there!
