Over the last Fifteen years, the Buddy Walk™ has become the premier advocacy event for Down syndrome and has become a major platform for inclusion in communities across the country. The goal of the Buddy Walk is to promote understanding and acceptance of people with Down syndrome. Funds raised at the Buddy Walk support our organization for an entire year.
All these pictures were taken at the GCDS Buddy Walk on 10-18-2009. The event took place at John Prince Park in Lake Worth Florida.
