In our real matrix, I need to triangulate my position by shining light on the 3 three tallest structures, like buildings, mountains or pyramids! for each one, I recite one sentence.
I am home. I am with family. I am free.


My posture is a standing smiling upright spiral. (demonstrate the N W E )
My uniform is white clothing and flat shoes. I stay shaded.




I was shining light on those with addictions including the biggest one: work. I shined light on my dad while he worked but now I visualize him meditating and shining light back!
I avoid material confusion during the light work week.

know which chakra to activate while you spiral the kundalini energy and give light to the world.

On saturday and sunday I enjoy a sensory feast to stay balance!
