This is the Lego Batman 7783 The Batcave: The Penguin and Mr. Freeze's Invasion Review. This set features the Batman's Icesled, Penguin's sub, Mr. Freeze's Ice Trap and Robin's Jetski, and it comes with 10 minifigures: Batman, Bruce Wayne, Robin, Alfred, Mr. Freeze, Henchman, The Penguin, and 3 penguin menions. This set has 1075 pieces. It was released in 2006, although technically a 2007 set and originally retailed for about $90.
