Cool rifle - and an excellent choice. You will have a lot of fun with that gun, believe me.

The ammo is rather soft by comparison which makes these beautis lovely to shoot.

I'd second jubbles2343 about never leaving a rifle cocked when putting it away or unneccessary taking out of the magazine. Using stripper clips is a lot more fun, too. :D

There is only one thing that's even better: Laying down at the range, putting two clips in and then fire! Smooth and extremely fast action - a pleasure!

Very nice. Good buy. Looks like your home and family is safe. Take care of your own. Take care of that rifle. It will take care of you and your family. Enjoy it. Keep it clean! Use 50/50 ammonia/water for 60 seconds after shooting your ammo, then clean normally. Typically dexmerc automatic transmission fluid will do the job. But the ammonia water is imperative.

Couple things for you to help you enjoy your rifle as much as possible.

1. pull and hold down the trigger when closing the bolt, this will prevent it being cocked and so prevent strain on the spring if you leave it in your cabinet for example, it also lets you close the bolt safely.

2. Magazine changes, the rifle was not designed to have the magazine's changed in the same manor a modern rifle is, the removal was for cleaning, maintenance and repair. Use stripper clips, its faster :)
