Humanitarian Makeup Tutorial

Hi Pretty People! Right now there's a famine in the Horn of Africa that hardly anyone's talking about. Or tweeting about. Or IMing about. Or faxing about... Over 12 million people are affected and 30,000 have already died.

If you're like me, you hear about suffering on this scale and you feel powerless. You think "Oh my god - I'm just one pretty person. What can I do???"

@carolinainfidel the third world countries can't do much because they have inefficient governments and they can't bounce back. Its their leaders faults for the children to starve, and people get angry. If America had no government, we would be a reck as well. Pus their land is turning into a desert so they don't have much to offer. And why are you bringing up terrible things?
