The owner of Best Dissertation Prize

I was awarded as the owner of "2009 Business School Prize for the Best Dissertation on the Master of Science People Management Programmes"

I really appreciate my supervisor, Dr. Alan Blackburn, who is a gentleman and a real football fan. Although we support different teams, we still work fine in each meeting. LOL

Also I would like to thank the programme director, Dr. Tony Gibbs, who is a gentleman and football fan too. Not surprisingly, we again support different team. Without Tony, I could never meet such a great supervisor to guide me through all my hard working in the dissertation.

I would like to dedicate my work to Dr. Alan Blackburn, Dr. Tony Gibbs and of course my lovely family. Thank you all being there for me.
