Handicapped parking violation

Video of a person that is not handicapped parking in a handicapped spot, which is illegal. This is taken at Gladwin High School, Gladwin Michigan. You can see her conversing with an employee of the school.
The next day I was in the same spot filming again and the vice principal told me I'm not allowed to film and called the police. The police came and were unable to do anything other than try and intimidate me as I was doing nothing illegal (it didn't work. I know my rights). NOTE: Filming anyone in public is perfectly legal. You have no reasonable expectation of privacy in a public place. You get filmed every day walking in and out of a gas station, store, or even public school on security cameras and police dashboard cams. You watch news crews crowd famous people, court house steps, and even police every day on news channels. They have no special rights or permits just as you need none.
