you should look into how illinois bail hearings have been deemed a joke. they say that they don't even care anymore, and just want people to be in jail.

You might be right, some ppl in jail didnt do it but in this case, you should read what you are signing.

You don't necessarily have to sign something to be thrown in jail. I know several people that have been framed for crimes they didn't commit!
